2012 - Inazuma Eleven Commission

I think you did a great job with their figures and their poses. I like the shapes of the girl in the front's legs, and I like how her calm, in control pose contrasts with the other two girls, as their bodies are bent in much more active poses as they tried to struggle before getting caught in the ice/crystals. The girl on the left looks like she was more aggressive in fighting, both in that she has the most exotic, sci-fi-y outfit, and in how her pose seems a bit more like a controlled leap or dodge, while the other girl's pose seems more shocked and helpless. I think they both do a good job of communicating their personalities, reinforcing what their expressions tell us about them.

I think the girl in white came out best. The shapes of her figure and her pose feel the most lifelike and the most exciting. I like her expression -- that determined and strong look in her eyes, but at the same time frustrated and concerned at being trapped. Though the other girl's expression is great, too, because it really strongly shows how scared she is.

One thing I'd critique about this are the hands. With the exception of the girl in white's right hand, most of the hands feel awkward because the middle two fingers seem to bend a little too much. They tend to stick out to me a bit and distract me.

But overall I think this is a pretty amazing pic! As always, I LOVE your coloring, and I love the emotion and energy you put into your pics. And your characters' figures are always well-drawn. Great pic. : )
