I LOVE this pic. I love the soft features and the REALLY fun, lively expression! So cute.

I like her hair a lot. There's lots of energy to it without it being cluttered or busy. The top part is mostly rounded, but the highlights in that portion add a lot of visual interest. Then the bottom par, from her ears down, has lots of shapes showing the individual strands breaking apart from the overall shape, which does most of the work of making the hair look lively and interesting, and so you could go easy on the highlights. And I like that one big strand popping out at the top of her head -- it's a fun, playful piece that breaks up the smooth, rounded contour of her hair.

Her eyes are awesome. SOOOO much life to them! And so much personality. They sell that perturbed, kinda sarcastic "oh really?" look really well in tandem with her eyebrows. I love that the eyelid on her right eye droops, slightly more closed than the other -- that pushes the expression even more, and adds that hint of disinterest in who/whatever is being obnoxious. And overall there's just this brightness to her eyes that brings them to life!

Though, the raised eyebrow could've been a little stronger, but it gets a tiny bit lost in her bangs.

I like her lips! lol. I like that they're just slightly pursed in reaction to whoever is getting on her nerves. But yeah, as always I like how you flesh them out in a smooth, really appealing way. And they do look different than some of the other times/ways you draw lips; maybe the slightly heavier outlines, or just that they're darker than in some of your art that comes to mind. I like that you can achieve a diversity and variety of looks in the way you draw lips, while always maintaining that really special quality in your art that brings them to life.

I just love this all around. And I think your inking skills play a big role in that! There's this smooth, fluid, lively quality to the lines that makes it just a joy to look at.
