Ryu from the first Breath of Fire. I actually really like how this one turned out! For some reason I felt compelled to make him as anime as I could. XD

Great face! I like his lively eyes and the big smile, like he's laughing or shouting a "yeah!" or a "hyaah!" lol There's a great animated look to his face that I like a lot.

Again, love the limited palette.  I like how the simple coloring and highlights in the hair work out. Speaking of the hair, the shapes have a kinda springy feel to them that looks really cool.
